Sereno elected AAAS Fellow

Professor Joan A. Sereno, Professor and Chair of Linguistics at the University of Kansas, was elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Sereno was recognized for her distinguished contributions to the field of linguistics and the language sciences, particularly for psycholinguistic investigations of the multimodal mechanisms underlying language comprehension and production and their neurological foundations.  This is one of the most prestigious distinctions a scientist may receive, Congratulations!!
